Claim your boat warranty

For warranty registration, goto Boat Support page, and click on Register a complaint.
A register complaint window will be opened, you will find options to enter your product details.
Enter your product group, exact product name with colour as shown in your bill or invoice. And enter your pincode. Then click submit.

There are two possibilities after this,
First possibility, if there is a boat service center available in your pincode, then a new window will opened to enter your mobile number, enter your mobile number. You will receive details about the nearest boat service center available in your pincode through an SMS. Go to the service center mentioned in the sms with your defective product and invoice and tell them about problems with your product and your problem get solved.

Another possibility, if there is no boat service center available in your pincode, then a new window will be opened to complete your online warranty claim registration. Follow the below steps;

How to register for warranty on boat products online

On the complaint registration page, enter the required details and fill complaint registration form.
Enter your name, mobile number, email, and other contact address. Then, select your product problem that you are facing and enter in problem description about your product's problem briefly. Select the purchase platform where you bought your product from.
The upload your invoice or bill. If bill isn't accepting, then try with invoice. Because for a lot people after they submitted their complaint registration with bill, they ain't got any approval email. So upload invoice for getting your complaint approval. Enter purchase date as in the invoice or bill. Then agree with the terms and conditions. Fill the Captcha and click on Submit.

After submission you will receive an email. And within two days you will receive an approval email with a tracking number. The courier boy will come and pick your product.
You have to give him only the product, don't give any accessories, package or bill. But pack the product in a nice box.

You can track status of your warranty complaint using the ticket number they send you, read how to check warranty status to know how. The complete process takes 12-24 days. You will receive a replacement if the problem isn't solved.
You may get different colour variant of same product if the actual colour variant is not available. Read boat replacement policy for more details.

How to check warranty status

You can check the status of your product warranty claim. For this open Boat support page and click on Check status of Warranty ticket

You will receive a ticket number through main or sms when your warranty complaint accepted. Enter that ticket number below Enter your ticket number option and submit. You can see complete status of your warranty and it will be updated. 

Your product's problem will be solved or you will get a replaced product after few days.
